Bernard’s speaking fee during calendar year 2010 is $10,000 plus GST and expenses. Please note, higher fees may apply to rural, remote and international locations. Bernard travels ex Melbourne. This fee includes media follow up as may be required for public presentations

Once Bernard’s availability for your event is determined, and you wish to proceed with the booking, email Fiona to confirm the booking. Please note, tentative dates cannot be held in Bernard’s diary so prompt confirmation is recommended.

It is important to note the following once you have confirmed your booking

• Fiona is required to provide you with an engagement letter in relation to your event. This letter is essentially advising that Bernard’s presentation to you (or your client, if applicable) will not involve financial, management, technical or marketing advice. The engagement letter also outlines conditions on other issues including use of the deliverable, timing and engagement fee. Please note, Bernard’s involvement in your event is subject to the conditions of this engagement letter which must be signed prior to the event.
• Bernard’s involvement in your event will be subject to a conflict check against KPMG audit clients and SEC registered clients. This process can take up to 48 hours and is completed against the name of the legal entity to be invoiced and the parent company if applicable. This process is dealt with by Fiona. Fiona will then confirm clearance of the conflict check and your booking by email.
